Background:
The school is fortunate enough to have a delightful 17th century building of great charm and character, housing the hall and two classrooms. An early 1970s extension fits comfortably into the original building and houses the reception/library area, staffroom, office and toilets. A mobile classroom provides a third teaching area for the school. The converted air raid shelter is an additional classroom, currently used for reception children. The school participate in primary school swimming Galas, and in football matches against local schools. The football team is in the Gravesham and Northfleet seven A-side primary football league. The school provides a secure environment in which children and parents can comfortably discuss their problems and difficulties, with the assurance that they will receive a sympathetic and helpful response.
