Background:
Four Elms is a primary school for boys and girls. The school was extensively re-built and enlarged in 1994 to accommodate four classes of boys and girls from five to 11 years old. It has excellent resources for present day education and new systems are introduces as constant advances are made in the curriculum. Televisions, videos, cassette radios and interactive white boards is just some of its wide range of technology equipment, an extensive library and a large variety of musical instruments are housed within the central hall. Gymnastics, dance, drama and other outdoor activities take place in a separate hall. The school provides many extra opportunities at lunchtime and after-school. These include rugby, football, netball, table tennis and hockey. The school aims to provide a safe and secure environment.
