Background:
Harcourt was built in 1959 and provides excellent modern facilties in a well-equipped modern building. The large hall provides ample space for assemblies and indoor PE. There are two blocks of four classrooms, one each and of the hall, each with its own work area and cloakroom facilities. The grounds provide large areas for all sporting activities. There is a library and a computer suite connected to the internet. Classrooms are carpeted and equipped with modern furniture. Harcourt provides opportunties for children to develop physically and socially in a range of curricular and extra-curricular activities. The school has a large school field where a variety of sporting activities take place. The school hall is used for drama, dance and gymnastics. The school is committed to providing quality education and an abundance of varied opportunities within a stimulating environment to enable its child to become a confident, independent learner.
