St George's Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School is a primary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is four to 11. The school has superb facilities with a large and spacious school hall, a large school field, netball courts and football pitches, nature walks in the wooded area, a school library, sports equipment and a fully equipped computer suite. All pupils are given the opportunity to participate in the activities within the curriculum and in extra-curricular activities. These include football, hockey, lacrosse, rounders, cricket and athletics. After-school clubs include table tennis, short tennis, badminton and ball games. The school aims to provide a happy and stimulating atmosphere.
